TGIF Country Acoustic Playlist

When I think of Country songs, I think of laid-back days, sunny skies, somewhere in the south of the US, southern accent, road trips, cowboy hats, let hair fall freely, little to no make-up, jeans, sunflowers, summer nights streaming country music (hahaha). Yes, this is how I picture it!
I don’t know if all of that is valid, but not all Country artists are born in the South of the US. Take Shania Twain or Taylor Swift, who were both born in the North (lol) in Ontario, Canada and in Reading, Pennsylvania, respectively.
I don’t know what it is that draws so many people (including me) to country music. It is being used in so many pop/electro hits nowadays and we love it. Maybe it’s that twang that makes us imagine a typical scenario I just described at the beginning of this post. Something that makes us want to move!
