How fast is your Canada shipping?
Most of Smock & Chattels orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from Montreal, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-7 business days of its ship date for customers in Canada and the US. Shipping times may vary, but we will do our best to get you your order as soon as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to Smock & Chattels because of an invalid address may be reshipped but at your expense.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. So this means that any additional shipping cost are nonrefundable.
Please note that we do not ship on the weekend and on Canadian holidays.
We do not offer free standard shipping on all orders at the moment.
** We will process all orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays due to limited staffing.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We do not offer next day shipping at the moment.
Shipping times differ by destination*:
· USA & Canada within 3-7 business days
· UK & Ireland within 5-10 business days
· Western Europe* within 5-10 business days
· Australia and New Zealand within 5-10 business days
*Western Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg.
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a notification. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Smock and Chattels cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.
We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
What couriers do you use?
All orders are currently shipped using Canada Post.
We are looking into expanding our courier options in the future!
Are taxes included in my order total?
Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are nonrefundable.
