We do not have any stores at the moment, so the refund is only online you gorgeous babe!

Can I return Final Sale items?
Hey-a Darling, as I mentioned before, all sale items are final so Naaa, they cannot be returned!! If you send an item marked 'Final Sale', we will not refund it for you! I am letting you know this in advance! If you absolutely want to return the item so we donate, you can request to ship it back at your expense! We will donate it and there will be no wasted item :) We love you, but we also love the environment and Leonardo Dicaprio! We cried watching the Titanic!

Put everything you don't like in a box!
Stick the prepaid label on the box.
Fill out a reason code and put the packing slip in with your item(s).
Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at Smock & Chattels and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post your refund on your account! This has not been established yet, but please use our return labels that is already pre-paid so we can track your item! Think about it, if not, we won't be able to process a refund for a lost return.
International Returns
We are unable to issue return labels to our gorgeous babes outside of Canada or cover the fee of return shipping at the moment. Though, we are sympathetic and we process returns and will refund you for the item, once it arrives in Montreal, a beautiful city in Canada.
