Queen of Spades
I always had thought that I don’t like the black and white combination on clothing, but I think it depends of how the color patches are designed and positioned.
Less than a year ago, I found this awesome retail local boutique based in Downtown Montreal called Editorial boutique that sells small start up fashion brands and clothing.
I immediately fell in love with the looks and the designs! Everywhere I gazed at, it seemed that the garments were calling my name.
I found this amazing sweater from SIX CRISP DAYS, a brand I have never heard of before, but now knew about thanks to @editorialboutique. Go check them out if you have the chance, they are very active on instagram!
So I wanted to create myself a hip, and modern look.
I only thought of the Queen of Spades when staring at this sweater from SIX CRISP DAYS.
And there it was, I wanted to do all black everything with a hint of white.
I wore a black hat, wore a darker shade lipstick, wore the sweater, my black romper, wore my black booties and I added my pooch from @harricanaparmariouche/#FollowthePooch mini recycled fur bag to give a little more whiteness to the entire look. It worked as I imagined it would.
Representing a local retail boutique, a vegan cosmetic brand, a recycled/eco-friendly jewellery brand, and a local recycled fur brand…Suddenly I was the Queen of Spades!
